Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. During peak periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Policy
We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

Canada Shipping
Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days depending on location and carrier. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather or carrier delays outside of our control.

United States Shipping
U.S. orders are shipped in scheduled batches. A posted order deadline will be provided prior to each shipment date. Orders placed before the deadline will ship once we travel to the United States for dispatch. This process allows us to provide consistent pricing without passing tariff-related costs on to our customers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. ReGen Equine is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

Warranty
All ReGen Equine devices include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse, water damage or improper storage, or unauthorized modifications or repairs. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us with your order number and photos or video of the issue.

ReGen Equine devices are wellness and recovery tools designed to support comfort, circulation, and normal recovery processes. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and are not a substitute for veterinary care. Always consult your veterinarian for diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions.

We accept major credit cards and secure online payment methods available at checkout. All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated.

All payments are processed securely through encrypted third-party payment providers. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to process payments, ship orders, or comply with legal obligations.
